Residential Program

UMHC’s Residential Program provides a safe, engaging and caring experience for children and youth ages 12-20 that inspires hope, resilience for the future, and stresses personal responsibility within an atmosphere of respect for both self and others. Family reunification starts at Admissions.         

Each UMHC Residential cottage houses six – ten youth providing engaging experiences within a safe, structured setting. A multi-disciplinary team comprised of medical, clinical, recreational, spiritual, and program staff design and implement a comprehensive, customized treatment plan for each child in care.   

Board of Child Care’s Residential services are located throughout the Mid-Atlantic region including Baltimore, MD, Denton, MD, Martinsburg, WV, and Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
